Join us for our Sunderland Area Meeting, where we discuss local business conditions and business support for the area, with a range of guest speakers covering developments and plans in the Sunderland area.
The agenda will have two speakers and include presentations and a Q+A with Helen Peverley from Sunderland City Council to talk about their plans to be a living wage city and Allison Thompson from Ashmore Consulting to talk about Sunderland Business Festival in the Autumn. There will also be a discussion to share your current business state of trade which will further feed into Chamber campaign strategy.
Who should attend?
Anyone with a business or interest in the developments of the Sunderland area. Chamber Area Meetings are area-focused policy forums and events that help keep you up to date on developments, opportunities and business news in your local area through key speakers such as your local politicians and authorities. Through our state of trade section, businesses will share details on how the business is faring, successes and challenges they may be facing. This provides the opportunity for the Chamber to campaign on behalf of our members, and businesses to collaborate to overcome challenges and give input to and engage with key stakeholders.
