Roundtable: Engaging Culture & Business

The Chamber and Sage Gateshead are exploring whether the cultural and business sectors can better work together to support regional recovery and future prosperity.

Sage Gateshead is an anchor institution in the region – working across arts, health, education, social and commercial sectors. We want to find out how we and others can work more effectively as a partner organisation.

Our aim is to bring together a cross-section of business to hear what the sector wants from cultural organisations and to explore ideas about how we might work together. The outcome of this session will be that The Chamber and Sage Gateshead learn more about how they can be useful to and work with business in this area.

Within this discussion we are looking for any key recommendations for the arts and culture sector, businesses, the Chamber and local and national government.
