Paper marbling Workshop

Marble artist, Catherine Northorpe, is going to show us the ancient craft of marbling. We’ll learn all about the cathartic process and Catherine will show us the best techniques before being let loose to make our own bespoke pieces of magic. Marbling has been around for centuries and has seen a recent resurgence in popularity, so we’re delighted Studio Paperie has agreed to hold this hands-on workshop.You don’t need to be super creative – just come along and enjoy messing about with paper and paint to make something truly unique. And if this is anything like our last workshop, it’ll be a hoot.

New ladies are very welcome, so if you see yourself as a creative, in whatever form that takes, and you’ve never been to one of our events, it’d be lovely to see your face. Come get involved. Obvs, it’s gonna get messy so don’t wear your best duds. We’re not responsible for any spillages on your good top.

Tickets are £12.50 + booking fee and include the workshop, 2-3 glasses of wine, plus fabulous cheese and crackers.
