We’re so excited to invite you to this MINT Event – a morning filled full of sessions to support your business planning needs.

There are four fantastic sessions, and each attendee will be able to choose 2 x one hour sessions. Don’t worry if you’re struggling to pick you can watch them all on playback!

What will the day look like?

09.00 – We’ll start at 9am with Networking followed by Introductions
09.30 – Business or Marketing Planning
10.45 – Sales or Retailers Planning
11.45 – Networking and Lunch with Stephen Paul from Valued Accounting

How to plan your Marketing Masterplan with Simon Clayton

Rob Guest from Premier Business Planning will lead a session on Business Planning, letting you know how to structure your plan, articulate your value to your customers, create a robust risk assessment, create an action plan with SMART targets.

If you’re a retailer then this one is for you. Do you want to get the most out of the run up to Christmas? Start planning now to ensure you and your online shop are ready to make the most of the Mega Bucks Season 2021.
