Over the past year, we have all experienced change on an unprecedented level.
Change is inevitable and we all experience it in different ways, with different emotional responses to it. For some it can be a time of challenge or anxiety, adversely impacting levels of resilience. But for others, change can also be can be exciting and welcome, presenting new opportunities.
The last 12 months have seen many of us look at the world around us differently; whether that be gaining a better work life balance, spending more time with our families, developing new work patterns or re-evaluating our goals,
This short webinar will start to look at change, how it affects us, those around us and how we can develop greater resilience and ‘bounce-back-ability’ to lead through it positively.
It will also introduce the short courses and other support available from Teesside University.
Speaker:
Claire Cook, Business Development Manager -Leadership and Management, Teesside University
